Deposits towards layaway and custom-make items may not be refunded. However, they may be transferred to a gift card or store credit, which are not redeemable for cash.

All jewellery and watch repairs are covered under a 6-month warranty from the date of pick-up only on the specific part(s) repaired.
Claim ticket must be presented upon pick-up of all repairs. If ticket cannot be provided, a valid photo ID is required.
Taing Jewellers is not responsible for the replacement cost of the centre stone of a piece.
Any lab-created, treated, enhanced or synthetic stones in a piece must be informed by the customer prior to any repair or cleaning jobs.
The staff at Taing Jewellers make recommendations for ring sizing based on their knowledge and experience. However, ultimately, it is up to the customer to use his or her discretion in making the final decision.
There is no guarantee on partial watch repairs completed by Taing Jewellers, including battery changes, watch strap replacements, new crystals or crowns.
The customer understands a watch is no longer guaranteed to be water resistant once it is opened. A water seal and pressure test are available upon request for an additional charge.
